Pair of 1950s Danish Art Deco Beech Wood Club Chairs in Oyster White Bouclé

Wonderful pair of 1950s Danish Club Chairs in the style of Fritz Hansen’s Model 1669 chair. Melding Scandinavian Modern and Art Deco design elements, the chairs are characterized by their right-angle wood armrests, deep seat cushion, slight wingback, and button tufted backrest. Crafted in beautiful beech wood frames, the chairs have been newly re-upholstered in an oyster white bouclé. Marked ’19 Jan 1956’ on cyanide disinfection label located by webbing.
