This antique Turkoman runner rug was handwoven in the Late 19th Century - Early 20th Century. It is comprised of hand-dyed wool, with a palette of brown, tan, ivory, and hints of orange. The main design is a bold series of geometric medallions that run vertically at center, surrounded by stylized bird motifs. The borders repeat the palette in geometric patterns.
